Healthy Weight Loss Progress Pictures
I have always struggled with my weight and been obsessed with food in one way or another. I finally stopped trying to do things the unhealthy way in September 2007, the beginning of my freshman year of college. I began exercising and began a long learning process of making healthier choices. I still have my issues but finally, through exercise and eating a normal amount of food the majority of the time, I have lost the weight that I let hold me down for so long. I eat whatever I want now. No foods are off limits, though I do try to stay away from most fried foods. I’m no longer at my lowest weight but I’m happy with the person that I am
