I have too much insulin in my blood but I can’t stop eating sweet foods :(?

I just can’t stop, my mind tells me to eat the sweet foods I Woke up today and said to myself I have to start eating healthier so I planned to go to the grocery store and buy DIET foods but instead I came home with job lot boxes of 80 candy bars, all reeses and m & m’s

I just couldn’t put them down, then on the way home I was feeling horrible for speeding over $400 on chips, candy bars, and ice cream..now I just want to throw it away then I Want to eat it then I want to throw it away! I feel so confused!

What can I do to control myself!
I brought weight loss patches today and so far, some how I haven’t touched a bit of food yet and I’ve been awake since 6am, these patches curb cravings

Hi, i currently have a BMI of 41.5 and since January have lost 3 stone but i seem to have hit a wall over the last few weeks and although i have been sticking with the diet and exercise there has been little or no change in weight though these weeks. I have tried to see a dietitian at my doctor surgery but i haven’t actually been able to make an appointment. I also tried to make an appointment with the doctor and was told there was nothing for over a week! This is the reason i don’t bother going to my gp as i can never get away from work to visit them.
Please can you advise me on what i should do about my weight loss (or lack of these last few weeks) I’m feeling tempted by the ‘slimming patches’ but i think those kind of things are just a rip off and really need help from a professional.

Now, let me first say I do not want any of this ‘Do diet and exercise’ stuff. I am doing a paper on weight loss alternatives to surgery, and am personally trying out the Dermathol Weight Loss Patch with Hoodia. I have read many mixed reviews online already, but I would like a more up to date opinion.

Have you or someone you know tried this or another diet patch? If so, what results did you see?

As I stated this is for research purposes, I really do not want to have to sift through a bunch of people saying diet and exercise is the only way to go.

By the way, in my research I have found several different pills that have led me to lose weight without diet and exercise. We can send people to the moon, we can send emails instantly, we can do so much stuff. How can a person be so critical of a pill that helps a person to lose weight?

Anyways, as I stated this is for research purposes. I really don’t want opinions. I just want someone who has tried the patch to tell me what happened to them.
