I just can’t stop, my mind tells me to eat the sweet foods
I Woke up today and said to myself I have to start eating healthier so I planned to go to the grocery store and buy DIET foods but instead I came home with job lot boxes of 80 candy bars, all reeses and m & m’s
I just couldn’t put them down, then on the way home I was feeling horrible for speeding over $400 on chips, candy bars, and ice cream..now I just want to throw it away then I Want to eat it then I want to throw it away! I feel so confused!
What can I do to control myself!
I brought weight loss patches today and so far, some how I haven’t touched a bit of food yet and I’ve been awake since 6am, these patches curb cravings
thanks maggie, i have to control my self and yogurt is a good way to stop the cravings, the doctor said I’m so close to have diabetes
What you need to do is think about what could happen if you don’t put down the junk food. Allowing yourself to eat sweet foods every now and then is alright and it takes the urge away. You can eat things that are sweet and healthy to! like yogurt, popcorn, and healthy fruit smoothies. Also you can look up fun recipes with healthy foods to make, that tastes great! and not only are you helping your blood but eating healthy foods can also reduce the risk of cancer, and you get slim! good luck hope this helps!
