Do these patches work?

They may work in the way that you don’t want to eat when your on them but they’re certainly not a healthy choice. Not eating is a terrible way to lose weight. My BF lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, no joke! I personally wasn’t looking to lose weight at all so I didn’t stick to it like he did, but I even dropped a couple pounds. You can find the guidelines for this through a Google Search, or there is a book on it. Not sure where you would get that but I know its expensive.
