haha i read about this a week ago..

yes alli has this apparent side effect that some do report an oily spotting on their underpants.. as some of the undigested fat passes out.
but i think that should be a plus point – if you are serious about weight loss. hey its just the fat that you want to lose.. – physical evidence is always better..

but if you are worried about this, you may want to try proactol , its almost similar in working, but there is no anal leaking.. it works by binding witht the fat in your stomach. so your body absorbs less.
alli abosrobs 27% of fat where as proactol does 28%.

Orlistat is one of the few functional weight loss pills that is safe.It works by damaging lipases and thus reducing the amount of fat we absorb from the diet. In clinical trials it increased weight loss by about 1/3, BUT ONLY IN PATIENTS ON AN ULTRA LOW FAT DIET WHO ALSO EXERCISED VIGOROUSLY.It is not systemically absorbed so it has no systemic side effects.

That is the end of the good news. The over the counter version Alli is half the strength of the prescribed drug.In community practice its success rate is very poor, as most patients don’t stick to the diet and don’t exercise sufficiently to make a difference. As a result few sustain good weight loss and many suffer the typical side effects of abdominal cramps,explosive diarrhoea and wind,which is so bad that it causes accidents, and yellow oily stool with staining of both toilets and underwear!

Kinda, its safe as in your more than likely not gonna have a heart attack from taking it, their are some rather embarrassing side effects which aren’t too common either… however Alli only absorbs fat from the food you eat helps keep your body from storing fat, and if you go on their website they pretty much say that you have to eat an extremely low fat diet in order to see results anyway… if you ask me i would say that its not even that effective.

i dont believe in any weight loss pill. "Life is hard and that includes weight loss. Only excerice and healthy diet is a sure fire risk free way to lose fat. Why risk anything else that could do more harm than good as well as take your money. If all these miracle pills worked and it were that easy this wouldnt be the fatest period in history. Sorry to say but the truth isnt always good to hear. Thats not to say losing weight is gonna be very very hard but it will take dedication and commitment which is what mkes it hard. Good luck

for many ppl it's ok but you'll need to wear brown pants since diarrhea is very common side effect

If I remember right the side effect that scared me away was possible anal leakage.
