I dont really recommend diet pills to anyone. I think that slowly and healthy losing weight on your own is the only best way to keep those pounds from coming back. However, i have tried phentermine in the past and it has been the only pill to really work for me. It helped me dramatically lose 31 pounds in a 6 weeks. You should know that they do tend to lose their effectiveness right around the 6 week mark or sooner and you should be prepared to stick with your healthy food choices and exercising if you dont want those pounds and plus some to jump back on.
