I eat 3 small meals a day about 300 to 350 calories each and two snack meals 200 to 250 calories.
when i’m pressed for time i will eat a protein bar (no more than 200 calories) with a piece of fruit as a small snack meal. It should never replace breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Eat plenty of veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins, it’s much better for you.
