It is the best program out there...I am a High School teacher who has spent most of my time teaching health, nutrition and Physical Education. I have had to research all kinds of different programs and WW is truly the best one. I got very sick in 2001 and gained over 70 pounds...I have been on WW and it is amazing. You go and you get support, it's not expensive and it's a lifelong change in health, not a quick fix. You learn how to eat and what to eat...there are no restrictions on food and you find you enjoy eating very much... Honestly, go and see it...you do not have to buy any special foods or pay a big registration fee...you just have to be willing to make a commitment. The nicest thing about it is that you can't work there unless you've used their program, so these people speak from experience. Give it a try...my sister-in-law has lost over 80 pounds there and I have lost 28...I feel great and look great...I'm back to my regular exercising and I've lost over 20 inches...it's well worth it!!!!<br><b>References : </b><br> Weight Watchers.
