sounds like your doing the right thing….. with the cardio… you should be able to lose 2-3 pounds a week being healthy…. if you want to lose weight quicker just up your cardio more.. but 2 pounds a week is healthy… you prob don’t even need the diet pills…
Go to http://www.sparkpeople.com, it is a free weight loss website. Put in your personal information and it will tell you how many calories you should eat a day. You can also track the food you eat and your workouts. I have lost 25 pounds with the support of the site. Good luck! References :
Your Basal Metabolic rate is aprox 1458 if you work out 5 days a week we can use the Harris Benedict Equation and multiply that by 1.55 this will tell us how many calories you can eat in a day and maintain your current weight (neither gain nor lose weight)
That number is 2260
if you wanted to lose a pound a week you could undercut that by 500 cals = 1760 calories a day. if you wanted to lose a pound and a half a week you’d subtract 750 = 1510 calories a day. I wouldn’t recommend dropping below that because when you lose weight faster than that you almost always gain it back. Also, the strickter and more spartan the diet the easier it is to come off it before you’ve reached your goal weight because it feels like you are punishing yourself.
That being said, your current calorie consumption level should have you losing 2lbs/ a week

Of course all the math would change if your workouts dropped below three times a week.
