Is there a way to watch your weight on halloween? Is there a way to limit calorie intake, while running around getting barrels of candy? What candys have the lowest calories? should i run more? what do you think!
Yes, don’t eat candy at all. Candy will spike your insulin because it’s pure sugar and after eating a fair amount, excess sugar will turn into fat! Limit yourself to ONE candy bar ~ 200-300 calories References :

Im on a diet too, and I will be..But you have to treat yourself sometimes!
You HAVE to cave in sometimes.
If you don’t, I just dont think I could make it.
I have eaten less but every other Sunday I cave in and eat anything I want.
I still am losing weight.
bottom line you must burn more calories than you take in or at least equal it to keep from gaining weight. if you feel like you’re gonna pig out on candy then do a little more exercise. idk about low cal candies. References :
Follow a strict low calorie meal plan the week before and the week of, exercise regularly (3 times a week) and on halloween and the day after eat whatever you want because you deserve it. Then the next day continue your low calorie healthy daily meals. References :

go to calorieking.com they have a calorie calculator on all types of food and tells how many calories you should eat a day
