Alli is FDA approved. It is not a stimulant so it will not cause heart jitters. It absorbs fat and if you keep your fat intake under 15 grams of fat per meal then you will not have any side effects. If you eat high fat foods you will get runny stools…. but only if you over eat. References :
My mom is taking Alli and hasn’t really seen any great effects (she works out several days a week and eats a pretty decent diet). I was reluctant to because of the whole poop thing but I would not recommend Trimspa X32. I have been taking that and beyond the first day, all it does is wake me up a little bit (which doesnt last long) and doesn’t really do anything to suppress my appetite. I heard that Hydroxycut works good but I think I took them a long time ago and couldn’t make it past the first day because it made me so jittery. Some people recommend Hoodia as a natural appetite suppressant but I have never really taken it beyond what is supposively in the Trimspa X32 I am now taking (not even sure why im even bothering at this point with this crap)…
Good luck finding one that works for you but no matter what you still have to eat sensibly and workout so you may not even want to bother because once you stop taking them the weight will come back. References : Only reason I am taking weight loss pills is to lose a few extra pounds quickly before I head for Jamaica…wouldnt recommend it if you’re looking for permanent weight loss though…
