Weight can be lost and managed by going to the gym regularly. It may help to make sure what you eat compliments your workouts so you are properly nutritioned. 1. If you want to loose weight, you need to set up a goal, a commitment. It’s not that easy at the beginning, so let your body accommodate to the new routine. It would take about 1 or 2 months for your body to do that.
2. You can go to the gym everyday, but try to set up a schedule. If you go, just to do the same thing over and over, you’ll get bored. So do, for instance, cardio Mondays, weights Tuesdays, cardio Wednesday… see my point? Watch what you eat. Try to eat a good breakfast. Be careful with the snack, don’t over eat snacks. Try to eat breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack.
3. Coconut oil has too much fat in it. Don’t use it. Try peanut oil instead. References :

good bit of belly fat and feeling a lot better now with more energy.
Sometimes I use bodyweight workouts and work out at home, and other

I’ve been using some awesome full body workouts for a while now that I
