You should lose weight the natural way, taking diet or weight loss pills is too risky and might not work unless you stop eating all the way. It’s better to just maintain what you eat, and exercise at good pace. References :
I take them before every starchy meal (with flour, rice, pasta etc) and they have contributed to my 29 lb weight loss in the last 2 months. Of course, keep in mind that I am also watching my calorie and fat intake and doing regular cardio and weight training exercise. It’s all a balance. But the carb blocker pills have had no ill effect for me. They block approximately 1/3 of the calories from starchy carbs that you eat, so it’s well worth it. Make sure it contains Phase 2 though, not just phaseolamin, but it has to be the Phaseolamin 2 or Phase 2! Very important!
