To me Splenda taste just like sugar. It’s a little more expensive than the other brands, but it’s worth it. Also, if you want to lose weight, try a diabetic diet. They work better than others. Diet soda’s or sugar free koolaide, lemonade that’s sugar free, and increase the amount of water you take in. I did these things, and I lost over 55 pounds. I’m still going strong with it also! If you have to have something sweet to eat, ice cream is a very good substitute. You can get it in sugar free, but you have to watch the carbs…that’s the kicker!! 30 carbs is roughly the equivalent of about 50 grams of sugar. Think of what you eat, check the carbs, if it’s over 30 per serving, you shouldn’t eat it, or cut back on it a lot!
I eat whatever I want to now, I drink my regular soda, but it’s Pepsi or coke, the others are way too high in carbs. References : A low carb diet, and plenty of excercise is the best way to go! Three whole citrus fruits/day ,
2 big serving of colorful veg. salad/ day ,
10 to 12 glass of water/day(2glass warm water in morning and at bed time must)
and 30 min morning walk.
avoid junk foods, (specially in evening)
low salt in dinners
just follow this religiously for just 15 days and she the drastic results
