@Attenoj oh wow … @Attenoj oh wow thanks for asking its great I have lost about 14lbs now and its been about alittle over a month and thats without exercising I hate to say (well I do tons of housework daily so i guess that counts) but I just cant believe it but yes I am cutting out more fats like hardly any red meats and no frying and just common sence watching the fats but go on alli.com and follow their site i did that too.

Alli might sound … Alli might sound good… But heyyy the Liver damaged bussiness, ,,, u only have to eat junk to use alli , sooo save ur money buying alli and stock ur fridge with healthy food anddddd ur inside stay nice and healthy . I want to loose weight too but I ve join gym instead,,, good luck x
