However, the last thing this youtube thing needs is more spam. I mean really…all your vids are the same with different headings.(shallow) If anybody on youtube really wants to lose weight, chose a diet that works for you! A raw food diet, vegan, vegetarian, low carb, low fat, zone, cornish…do the research and the work necessary to make it so!!!

Hey, I didn’t see … Hey, I didn’t see any results for one week and 8th. day I saw my scales moving and then I lost 10 pounds in a week and that was quite encouraging for me…I never knew if i could lose any i was just trying cos i was desperate so when i lost 10 pounds in a week there was no way back for me then ……i kept losing and yes it is safe for any age but u know success alos depends on how honestly u follow the diets so no cheating and u will do it….Good Luck!!
