every ones different, you know somethings is wrong with a cookie cutter fitness program some “guru” came up with. the ez bar was actually invented by an old time strong man who developed his power using it. my real point is, do whatever the gives you results and stop listening to gurus who probably dont workout themselves

also, the main job of the bicep is to bring your arm toward you. it doesnt really matter what position your wrist is. some people claim to have developed big biceps using just the ez bar and hammer curls. is the wrist supinated in that lift? NO. heck, i developed mine from doing dozens of reverse grip curls. my hands were pronated in that case, allowing my brachioradialis to assist my bicep more, thus allowing me to lift more weight, thus allowing me to gain more muscle.
this guy is full of … this guy is full of bs. how your structure is will also depend if you use a ez bar or not. for example, me, i just cant use the ez bar at all. i must use the straight bar. others are the other way around. it just depends on how your ulna is attached to the humerus, ie, the angle created when youre in an anatomical position. for some people, the forearm will angle out a tiny bit, for others, the forearm and arm will form a straight line.
