I was told that if … I was told that if I eat a quarter of my meal every 15 minutes instead of all at once that it would help me lose weight by reducing my hunger level so I feel full and will eat less. Is their foods I should eat more of at the beginning to fill me up faster? Like should I eat all my vegetables first then eat the meat, and then the carbs? I was 355 lbs a month ago when I started and am down to 336, but I still eat most of the meal and stop even though I feel hungry, but I want to lose weight.
