sports supplements?I recently bought whey protein & creatine how much should i be intaking. And should i only drink it after a workout?
Mix 40g of protein with 5 g of creatine and 30 g of sugar in water after your workouts…. but you wanna take 5g of creatine every day even off days and take a scoup of protein with milk at night before bed…References :
